In a sunny location, it benefits from a magnificent view of the Rhône valley. The nearest bus stop and restaurant are about 400 metres away, whilst the train station, post office and the shops can be found about 800 metres away.

The cable car that goes to Signal and Cry d'Err are 400 metres away, and it is possible when there is enough snow coverage to ski down to the property.

It comprises of 3 rooms, which total approximately 70 m². Situated on the 5^th floor, it is designed to accommodate 4-6 people.

The dining room includes a sofa bed for 2 people.

The bathroom has a large bath/shower and the toilet is separate.

Deck chairs are available on the south facing balcony (approx. 8 m²). An iron and a hover are supplied as well as the bed linen.
